I hope this recipe benefits you and your family as it has done and is doing for mine! I hope its' benefits
will keep us all safe, healthy and strong against things we fear the most. Things such as the common cold, the flu, viruses,
aides, HIV and the bird pandemic that the whole world is watching and fearing! This recipe is a all natural brew full of good
things to keep your body strong and help fight off sickness. First of all, I like to take the time, to give you a break
down of each ingredient and it's benefits. This will allow you to see why I feel so strongly about this recipe. There
are only four items that make up this brew. They are ginger root, garlic, lemon and honey.
Let's take each item one at a time.
1) Ginger
Root; Very powerful and tasty. Ginger is a ancient remedy for an upset stomach, indigestion
and cramps. As a food additive it can help reduce a fever, relieve pain and help remove toxins from a body. In the liquid
form would be a good example is Ginger ale. It relieves nausea upset stomach and supports digestive health.
2) Garlic; This is one of nature's most potent weapon
against germs. Garlic is said to be a knockout for viruses, bacteria and fungi. It helps detoxify your body, promotes
healthy serum cholesterol and blood sugar level. Most importantly it enhances your immune system. It's considered a natural
antibiotic.
3) Lemon; A great source
of Iron and Calcium. It helps breakdown fats and cleanses the liver. A high source of vitamin C, Potassium and B vitamins.
Claims are it has medical values, an antiseptic, antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-rheumatic. Immune system building properties.
A general tonic for cleaning, soothing sore throats, clearing stuffy nose and detoxifying the body.
4) Honey; My favorite, and a great natural sweetener.
Relieves sore throats, raises antioxidant levels and enhances calcium adsorption. Contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Acts as an antibacterial and anti-fungal agent. Settles stomach after vomiting and diarrhea. Good for the kidneys.
So, as you can see, it has some serious ingredients. It helps to boost a healthy body and preventative protection against
germs, sickness and viruses.

The Recipe "
ingredients;
1 inch piece of Ginger Root peeled and thinly sliced
1 Large clove of Garlic peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice frshly squeezed
1 tablespoon of Honey 2 1/2 cups of cold water
Place ginger root and garlic in a sauce pan of cold water. Bribg to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer till
water evaporates to 1 1/2 cups and is rich in color. Romve from heat, and strain out ginger and garlic. Pour brew into
a cup or mug and add lemon juice and honey. Serve hot. Makes aproxiatley two, one cup servings.
Note;
1) it is important to use ginger root and garlic with a 2/1 ratio

Lemon and Honey to each persons taste and tolerance.
